Can I have Tylenol Pm ???

Hey everyone! I miss going out with everyone Im ready to get my dance on!!! Right now I am out of town,.,, And Since Im not in MY bed I cant sleep. I know that we can have regular Tylenol but I was wondering if I could have tylenol Pm??? Please let me know So I can get some SLEEP.... Thank you!!! Autumn 28 pounds down is 21 days!!! Wahoo!!
