I updated my profile! and how do I get a waaay-cool profile?

Hi everyone! Just one day closer to my re-birthday, as I am seeing it these days! Just wanted to let everyone know that I posted my "why I want this surgery" letter to my profile in hopes that it would help everyone get to know me better and to get some feedback on it...it's rather long but I want Aetna to know that I mean business and they will NOT deny me my chance at happiness due to lack of information or understanding of what I've been through. If you are having insomnia this would to a good bedtime reading I am also wondering how I get one of the waaaaaay cool profile pages I am seeing with the neat graphics and all...I sure would love one of those! Dawn, If you scroll down to the bottom of my profile and you'll see something like "This profile was spruced up by..." If you click on that and then email them, they'll shoot you an email back asking several questions about things you like. Answer them and then in about a week.....WHAM-O! You've got a cool looking profile. Good luck in your surgery and have a speedy recovery. Keith
