sighting off the coast of VA!!
you know the drill...come on down...boats are ready and I'm willing and able...I just know that my wife is gonna smack me someday for hanging out with all you pretty ladies...but what can I do...???I like sharing the fun...and what's not to like?...beach, sand, sun, kayaks, pretty women...oh...and when you do come down...they have a new propel drink that is awesome...just ask lei and wendy...I don't know what the flavor is...but it sure is tasty!... But I think I might need to take more vitamin a...cause a bottle or so and my vision gets 'fuzzy'...but hey...we're waiting...come on down...
Track,
Awesome!!!!!
Amazing that Lei had never been in a yak! What with her being a beach blanket beauty and all!!!
My dad has 2... Has for about 2 years... but I've yet to try his out...
last time I went yakking was 95 at Lenhoksin high adventure scout camp in shenendoah... miserable experince... yaks were well... let's just say I was to big for them... and they had us doing eskimo rolls and all... yea NOT fun... but I did enjoy
gliding along... was in so much pain from having wdged myself into the boat that by the end of it I could'nt feel my feet...but I've still never felt anything as uplifting as gliding gracefully (ok maybe not from others views...) along the Rappahannock...(think it was the Rapp anyways...)
Dad puts in at the potomac up above Great Falls VA... Riverbend Park... he and my sis and mom go up there almost every weekend...
I'll get out in them b4 the summers up!
Glad y'all had a blast...

I'd really like to get some river time in...something I haven't done up in that paret of the state yet. Come on down this summer, I have 2 sit on tops that are very comfortable, and cabled up at my friends beach house, paddles and jackets on hand. No sitting inside of these, basically a big plastic fishing lure/surfboard shape that you sit in, bit entirely open, self draining. If you fall off, you just sit back on top of it...hence the name 'sit-on-top' or SOT's
Come on down...I have portions of morning off, as sometimes I work evening shifts...or come down when you can...you'll have a blast...believe me...don't put it off...no need to...
The feeling of being on the water to watch the first rays of the sun is an amazing feeling...feeling the pulse of the earth below you, gliding along, and if you're lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time...the dolphins come up alongside and play along in the water with you. An exhilerating and awesome feeling...trust me!!!
so...come on down!...
