How did you move your body last week?
Are you kidding me? With the heat NOT! We parked our patooties in doors but there was plenty to be done. Thankfully the temps are a bit nicer. Yesterday we did the pool for several hours and I am pretty dang red! It was VERY nice!
Did you get in all of your vitamins?
Just smack me NOW! Not each day like I should have. No excuses cept forgetting which isn't one so um BAD KITTY KAT!
Did you get in all your fluids?
Oh heck yeah! AcheivOne's and Crystal Ligh****er
Did you get in your foods (and the good ones) high in protein etc?
Yep, sure did. Ok so I might have had a 1/4 of a pancake w/ syrup on Saturday! Otherwise I was a good kitty!

How did you move your body last week?
I took a couple of walks... short ones with all the heat.. parked further away at work to deliberatly force myself to move more...
Did you get in all of your vitamins?
maybe 4 out 7 days... don't know why this is so tough!
Did you get in all your fluids?
Been drinking SF koolaid like a fish! well a fish that drinks koolaid
that and water... been doing well!
Did you get in your foods (and the good ones) high in protein etc?
last weekend.. ate some good food... some of it didn't like me... but I cranked the protein and feel great!
