CPAP machines???

Hi, I had the sleep study twice and my doctor took care of all the arrangements for the CPAP machine. I would also recommend when getting the CPAP to ask your doctor for the one with a humidifier...I was told this would keep your nose moist and prevent you from waking up with a dry throat. I love mine and I've had not problems adjusting to sleeping with it. Another note, most insurance companies charged a fee for the machine around 180.00. My doctor's office worked with Blue Cross federal government plan and rented mine for 1 year. He feels that once I loose the weight I may not need the CPAP. This way, I loose nothing. Hope this help.
