I cant believe

I just have a real hard time w/ as many people on this VA board there isnt someone who lives or has been to Colonial Beach Va that can tell me of a good location to stay wow. LOL I give up.....

Sorry Melinda - I have heard of it, but I wouldn't have a clue where to stay and even though I have heard of it - right at this moment I can not place it on the map either. Just heard from the kiddies on yahoo messenger - left me an offline message on Yahoo - they say it is hot and boring with dad and want to come home - LMAO. Hope all is good with you. Hugs, Andrea

I have never heard of Colonial Beach either. Maybe you should use Yahoo or Google to try and find some answers, especially since you want a place that accepts pets. Stacy

Melinda, I have heard of it and been there many times. My cousin is a drag racing champ and that is his home track. When we go we always stay in a camper at the track and I do not know where you could stay that allows doggies. Hope you find a palce and have a great time! Tammy

HI, you need to know a place to stay close by there? i have passed by there on the way to warsaw area but i don't think there are any hotels if that is what you are looking for. maybe in montross area there a few hotels. what are you looking for? Liz

Hi Liz Is Montross near Colonial Beach?? My dad has a house in Callao (10 miles from Warsaw) and I have always thought I might venture out that way, but never have yet. If it is close enough for a day trip from his house, I might just do it! Thanks for any info you may have Dianna

Dianna-Colonial beach and Montross are both in Westmoreland County--Just take 95 south to Fredericksburg and take rt 3 east follow the signs-Montross is about 45 mins. from Fredericksburg-Colonial Beach is a bit closer. Bob
