In my humble opinion - and some peoplelmay not agree with me - we malabsorb fats and my surgeon recommends that you have 2 teaspoonfuls of some kind of oil or fat per day to keep your skin in good condition and prevent it going dry. Having said that I admit I don't do that BUT I have some butter on baked potato, cook my shrimp in olive oil and garlic etc so I do take some fats but also take my vitamin E as well. I have no dry skin and my skin feels good!
