Weekly Post/Stubborn Lb

Hope everyone had a great week last week. So???
How did you move your body last week?
This was a trying last week for me. As the week progressed and things have calmed down/gotten a bit easier I have not been feeling well and have been resting quite a bit today. This week is going to be a major focus to start walking everyday instead of just 3 days a week. I am going to bump it up to 5 and maybe 6 days per week. These next few days will not be easy as I mentioned I'm not feeling well. Please say a few prayers for me as this coming week has got a few challenges to overcome in it. Thanks!
Did you get in all of your vitamins?
Yes, in fact I stocked up at the Vitamin Shoppe this weekend on my B12 which was low. I checked out a few other things but left with just those.
Did you get in all your fluids?
Yes, I have been. I bought a 32 oz. freezer bottle from Dollar General which has an inner core that is put into the freezer. I will fill it with Crystal Light, SF Kool Aid and water. I have also been drinking 2+ AchievOne protein drinks and again have noticed my energy levels have been a little better.
Did you get in your foods (and the good ones) high in protein etc?
Yes, seafood has been a major staple in my diet once again this week. I have also been eating Lean Cuisine meals which are surprisingly tasty. In addition, I am trying to eat breakfast each morning within a 1/2 hour to 45 minutes of getting up. I am not a breakfast person but in order to get my body fueled properly I need to do this. I am opting for Rice Crispies, Oatmeal, scrambled eggs, yogurt and sometimes grapefruit.

HI Kat,
Well I haven't been around much, darn life gets in the way!
I've been good on my vitamins, pretty proud of that. I've made some poor food choices, and need to increase the exercise like you're doing. I need to get back to basics! I've only lost 50 lbs, in 4 1/2 months.....could be better. I am going to make an appointment to get my thyroid rechecked to make sure it's ok, with that, along with all the rest I hope to see that scale move! This stall of the past couple of weeks needs to be derailed! Anyway.
My current weight is 215.....my new goal weight(changed it a while back on my profile) is 145.
