As someone who had our whole family without medical benefits for over a year, CONGRATUALTIONS ON YOUR JOB!!!! I totally know your frustration.

Mojo Diva, 11 months was enough for me! I looked at Cobra when I was laid off... it was way too expensive... and that was just for one person... I KNOW how expensive it is for families.. I was an HR specialist at AOL... I never understood how people survived... I'm glad my mom's an RN... she taught me well... home remedies... vitamins... etc... so I steered clear of getting the flu etc... kind of hard when I work in a retirement home!!! But I managed to get thru it without getting sick but once... Be strong... You'll get there... Hope you've all got insurance now! Thanks!!! I'm excited... little nervous but excited... havent had a FT job since october of last year... but it'll be nice to be an employee again instead of a temp... *hugs* -Ross
