Busch Gardens

Hiya everyone. Just wanted to let you all know I will be at Busch Gardens this Sunday to see Diamond Rio and to celebrate my 8 year wedding anniversary (which is actually on Monday 7-31). Anyone else planning on going? We will be there the following Sunday, too, to see Tracy Byrd and celebrate my birthday (which is actually on Monday 8-7). G'morning Tammy!!! I have a season pass to the place, well, not one of those really good ones ...but the one that allows me to go through the end of September? Not sure if it includes the concerts that you mentioned? Anyway - I already have commitments for both days this weekend, lol, what can I say, when it's the summer months I start "guilt tripping" people into hanging out with me, EARLY!! ...anyway, if I can work it in for NEXT Sunday, I'll sure try. Tracy Byrd, is he country? lol, um, it IS a he, right? Sorry, Im not a country buff, although I like "some" of the songs, can't live in Oklahoma for 20 years (home of Garth Brooks, Reba McEntire, Brooks & Dunn, Vince Gill, Toby Keith, etc) and NOT like some country, right? I went to see Wynonna Judd Last night at the MCI/Verizon Center in Washington DC last night. She was awesome. I am a big Wynonna fan. I had to sit thru a Mystics Game last night to get to see her do a concert for Youth Aids after the game. I got to see Ashley Judd as well. I was so close to Wynonna at the concert she reach down from the stage and shook my hand. I got some great pictures. Roberta

Roberta, I love Wynonna, too and have seen her a bunch of times but have never been able to get any good pics. Wanna share yours? lol I have only seen Ashley at the IRL race in Richmond every June. I have some great pics of her in Dario's pit stall but that is it. Tammy

Lei~ G'afternoon. Always a pleasure to hear form you! I have the same pass you do (the fun card) but am upgrading to the Platinum pass soon. They have a special that allows you to get in for the rest of this year and then for the next two years for around $200.00 but they take it out in installments of $11.95 a month. It makes it easier for me to do it that way since I have to buy four of them! It also gets you free parking and a 10% discount on whatever you buy in the park. Oh and BTW...the fun card is only good through September 4th. That is the VA resident special that you mentioned earlier in the year. I try to have full committments every weekend, but with mine and Steve's work schedule it is hard. He has been working every Saturday so Sunday is our only day to do family things. It usually ends up being BG since we all love the rides. Yep, Tracy Byrd is country (I am a country girl, but I love all kinds of music) and he is a cutie with a nice a$$ to look at! Let me know if you can make it...even if not for the concert and just to do some rides. I gotta get my roller coaster (front seat) fix in! Tammy
