Back from the gym
Well I went for my first day @ gym, we worked on the upper body go back w/ trainer thurs to work on lower and scheduled for Monday to go in pool, wasnt to bad walked track 3 times and did all upper body machines before I left the track is 12 times for a mile so Ill work up to that. Thet were very supportive and there were all sizes shapes and ages so I was ok we will go back tom. to do more upper body an track lil sore but no pain no gain right lol.
