This week I am a slacker - I didn't go to the gym at all over ther weekend. Plus last week I only worked out Tues, Wed, and Thurs. So, I need to work on getting to the gym more times this week. With class on Monday and Tuesday night, it makes it very hard to get some cardio in on those days. Which means, I can't cheat myself on any of the other days in the week.
Vitimans are no problem. Only once in a while, I will gag on them, if I take them slowly, I am ok with it. Have to make sure that I don't have a full tummy when taking them.
Fluids are my biggest problem. I am way way below whatever I need to be at. One cup of coffee takes me all morning and then one glass of flavored water takes the rest of the day, most of the times not emptying either.
