Weekly Post/Stubborn Lb
Good pm all! Posting this on Sunday pm because I have several things going on this week starting in the am so I figured I better post this pm.
How did you move your body last week?
Not as much as I wanted to but some days I moved so much I wished I hadn't. Got in quite a bit of walking and house cleaning. I get in moods where I think moving furniture and dusting and really insane anal cleaning should be done to which my buggas think I've gone ! Oh wait! I am !
Did you get in all of your vitamins?
Ugh they are being PIA's lately. Having some issues getting them done.
Did you get in all your fluids?
Oh yeah! I still do my shot of 24 oz of 7-11 10/10 coffee then load up on the good fluids not that coffee isn't good but I digress.
Did you get in your foods (and the good ones) high in protein etc?
All of a sudden hamburger is my friend! Not a lot of it but Drucilla is no longer angry when I eat it or is that just the two times I've had it in recent months???

How did you move your body last week?
I took a walk with a friend... it was short but it felt good...I enjoyed it...
I parked further away and walked more at work... tried to stay away from the golf cart...
Did you get in all of your vitamins?
*cringe* something I need to work on...
Anyone got a system for taking them? I tried putting them by the alarm clock but I end up knocking them to the floor and they sit there for days cause I don't see them...
I know I'm going to get yelled at for this one... but I deserve it...
Did you get in all your fluids?
I do better on the weekends then during the week.. but I'm working on that... ahve a water bottle at my desk now and have had half of it this am.. including my 2 cups of coffee.. I'll aim for another bottle by the end of the day...
I drank 4 quarts of SF koolaid this weekend... plus soup... and milk...

I've been making unjury chocolate shakes... with double scoops in them to up my protein... so I think I've been doing ok there... it really helps boost my weight loss!!

DO YOU SEE THE WORDS I'M TYPING ON THIS PAGE? DO YA? HUH? HUH? You need to take your vitamins each and every day! We have talked about this before. Think of something you do every single day and place your vitamins there where you will see them and then take them. HEY! You got one of those PDA anal recording calendar thingies why not put a big ole blurb reminder in there that says TAKE VITAMINS!

dusting?...girl you're doing the wrong way...let me tell 'ya...you endust the cat, then let the dog loose, but make sure all doors and windows are closed...within 15 minutes of cat and dog chasing...you're house is dusted!...
whenever you want something done easy...ask a fat man...or an almost ex-fatman...sorta chunky now...not super chunky...sorta like a nutty buddy...but not quite...ok...i'll shut up...
