Menu suggestion

Hi All, I am going out to supper this evening to Carrabba's Italian Restaurant,,,,,,,,,any suggestions what would be a good choice to order for someone who is 4 months out? Thanks,,,,,,,,,Lorraine

You could get the wood smoked salmon with vegetables, baked potatoo - and then you can eat that tomorrow too lol! Some salad or some chicken. I would just stay away from anything spaghetti or rice........ Jackie

Lorraina, I've only eaten there once before and I can't suggest what I had since it was pre-op when I went. But some sort of grilled chicken would be good. I'd probably try and stay away from the sauces since many Italian sauces use sugar. Ha! Found their menu for you. This looks pretty good though: Insalata Carrabba Mixed field greens tossed with mozzarella and romano cheese, black olives, tomatoes and red onions in vinaigrette, topped with grilled chicken.
