Finally here, where do I go?!

Hello to all. Finally I have arrived in Norfolk. Damn...do I need a GPS! Anyhow I just wanted to say hello and sorry for being so quiet. We just got our pc up a couple days ago and I have been so busy with unpacking and whatnot. So my ? is...where do I go for Support Group meetings? Does anyone know of a list of them that I can choose from? Normally I would have gone to mine a week ago but...I was en route. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks to all. Can't wait to meet you guys in person. Hugs! Shele PS. Any Navy ppl that can maybe tell me of a place on base or near that I can go to for meetings?

Well it's about time you got here ... Glad to see you have arrived safely . I for one live north of the Beach . I am about an hour and half away . But I wanted to stop in and say hi .. Michele, In Portsmouth, they hold the support group meetings every first Thursday of the month at the Portsmouth Naval Hospital in the Cafeteria on the first floor at 7pm. Usually lasts about an hour and has good info and good people. Welcome (as I'm leaving in 5 weeks with a transfer to FL). Hugs, Tonya

Hey Michelle !! I haven't gone to any support groups yet because my doc is all the way in Newport News. I know Party Princess is a regular at hers in Norfolk.
