Happy 4th of July ... and Heat Reminders

While today will be a day of celebrations, we need to remember also that in this type of heat , we need to pay extra attention to our water intake . It is so easy to get caught up in the festivities and not get in our water . Be sure if you are out in this to take your water or some type of cold fluids with you . Our bodies crave it more in the heat . Enjoy the festivities today , celebrate your independece as well . I know the 4th is special to me not only for the birth of our Nation but also to the freedoms we all experience in our new lives with this surgery . I am heading up to see Kathy Hall , Bill and Stephanie at St. Marys and will send them your love .. I also plan on coming back .. cranking up the grill and sitting on my porch tonight to watch the fireworks from across the way .. Have fun .. and HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY !!! Tink

Hey Sweetie, figured you would be up north this weekend. I just got back from MD and am pooped, but would love to see some fireworks......do they do any big fireworks here anywhere? Hugs, Patty
