OT: What do i do?

hi everyone This is wayyyyyyyyyy off topic..but I need some decorating ideas from anyone who would have some. Thanks in advance! Several weeks ago I had taken down some old border in my dining room and replaced it with some sunflower border (I am trying to redecorate my kitchen and dining room with sunflowers) ..HOwever, I ran out of border and only lack half of one wall to have it complete. When I went back to walmart to get one more roll, they were out and have discontinued carrying it. So I have spent 12 dollars on something I am going to have to take down and spend more money on???? Any ideas??? hugs Judy B

Hi Judy, I love sunflowers. Go to ebay and search on sunflower wallpaper borders. My first search netted 41 different borders. If you don't find yours, you might find a different one cheap enough to start again. Also go to Google and search discontinued wallpaper. There are lots of sites out there, you might have some luck that way. Join freecycle.com and post what you need. Someone out there might just have it in gathering dust in their home. Did you try any other WalMarts (that might still have some in stock)? If you have a cell phone with long distance, try calling some other stores in VA, then if you find it, maybe someone on the message board that lives there could pick it up for you, if they won't send it to you. Hey Judy. Good to see you posting. Hope all is well. I am no decorator. Can you Move things to the bare wall so it wont be the part of the room that is focused on. I know you will still know it is not there. Maybe another Walmart has some. Call around. I hope you get it figured out. I have been thinking about re arranging stuff. I need to. For 3 years seems like nothing moved cause I was not able to do it. I am now but still have that awful dread that my back will kill me. Brain has got to catch up w/ my body. Have a good one!! Hey Judy. I had a similar thing happen a few years ago and I just made an accent wall. I painted it all yellow (to match the sunflower color) and sponged some light brown into it and had no border on it at all. It is the room I get the most compliments on now and everyone loves it. My hubby is a painter by trade so I knew I could change it if I did not like it. Fortunately for him I loved it, too! Tammy

HI everyone Well my dilema is over with the border..I called Walmart near where I live to see if it had actually been discontinued in their store too.. Turns out it had not and they just got some in ...so we drove there and i picked a roll up and put it up last night ..LATE last night..LOL..
