lol i stole this from the main messageboard . thought id share it too .. 3 egg whites (or you can use eggbeaters) 1 whole egg 1/2 cup uncooked quick oats 1/2 tsp cinnamon dash salt 3 packets splenda 1/2 cup cored, chunked apple 1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein powder Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, cook in a fry pan on medium high heat with a little cooking spray, like regular pancakes. They taste pretty good, but are a little more firm and eggy than regular pancakes - they taste more like french toast. Each batch makes two servings, with 195 calories/4.5 grams fat/20 grams protein per serving.

YUM, Rebecca ...those sound DELISH!!! Glad you yanked it from the main board and shared it here, I woulda missed it and I love love Pancakes. Havent had any since my surgery, maybe a bite here or two of my hubby's but that's it - these sound like some I would not only enjoy, I wouldnt wanna share them. Sooooooooooooooooooo - what time did you want me over for breakfast? Your post DID say you were cookin' some up for us Tidewater Peeps, right? Thanks for sharing the recipe - Lei
