WILL B THIN IS OUT OF SURGERY

Stephanie just called me . Will is out of surgery . He does not have a leak . Thank God .. but he is full of infection . They have cleaned him out and inserted mesh . His left Kidney is not working and they are having to filter it for him . He is on a respirator and will be in ICU at St. Mary's atleast until they can get him stable . Please continue to pray for our friend . Stephanie is hanging on and is very strong . They may not allow visitors tonight - only family . But I am sure great prayers and thoughts are still in order . As I hear from her I will update you all . He is a strong man .. and I know will be just fine .. thanks to all that hve posted to him . Natalie

Yes Cheryl, Will was in pretty bad shape in ab area when Doc H did the surgery . He was original in surgery for 6 hours . This does stem from the surgery.

Hey Nat, His surgery was 6 hours? That is really long as mine was only less than 2 hours. That just seems like a huge amount of time...Obviously I'm no expert but just wondering....Still praying for him...please tell Stephanie that she is in our thoughts and prayers. Christine

Hey YOU!!! I normally can't get on at night, but I wanted to check things out and see what the new updates were on WILL, knew I could count on you to keep us informed! Glad to hear he's OUT of surgery and in ICU - wow, do they have any idea where the infections stemmed from, now that they know it's not a leak that's causing it (thank goodness)? Thanks for the update. Wow..this is really something isn't it? I hope that the infection is NOT from when they opened him up. That would be BAD for the hospitals ASEPTIC TECHNIQUE which is so important in the OR. Goodness Tink. I will pray very hard for him and Steph..poor girl must be going insane. I hope he is off the respirator SOON and gets going on his own. Was his kidney bad before surgery Tink? Let's all pray it all moves along smoothly and that everything is under control very soon.
