Im still here..

Good morning everyone, Just wanted to post and say im still around...Hope you are all having a great summer so far...i am having a big adventure myself...LOL did someone say this was a roller coaster ride...well it is I got on the scales the other day and im at 287, down from 439 on Dec. 19th and 453 on my consult date so that has me loosing 166 lbs total so far.. if i keep going i just might get my goal weight of 200 lbs for Christmas....Well just wanted to ramble a bit....hope all is great with everyone...
