How did you move your body last week? Did you get in all of your vitamins? Did you get in all your fluids? Hey Kat! I'm so glad I can finally "join" the weekly post/stubborn pounds! Guess mine aren't so stubborn at this point but... Current weight: 240 Goal weight: 134 Pounds lost: 13 since surgery on 6/2 How did you move your body last week? Tuesday I walked a bit over 1 mile. Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday I walked just under 2 miles. Did you get in all of your vitamins? Not starting vitamins until my first post op visit on Tuesday. Did you get in all your fluids? Doing great on the fluids...64 ounces a day! Did you get in your foods (and the good ones) high in protein etc? Working on the protein...I'm in the 40's gram wise but am committed to getting up over 60 per my doctor's instruction this week...no more playin' around! They're nasty but I've just gotta do it!
