HOw true! I didn't even think of that. I had bloodwork done a while back, I wonder if they included thyroid in it. Probably not, but should find out. I'm calling as I type! And of course no one can help at 3:53 in the afternoon! Ahhh military hospitals!

You are doing great...my doctor says the key to my success has definitely been the protein. I average between 80 on a low day and 120. I always push for 120 but sometimes just can't fit it in!
I eat 3-5 little meals a day...it's just easier for me.
Keep up the great work! Take lots of pictures and journal...looking back a year from now you will be amazed!!!

That's one thing I've being doing is journaling, a little and scrapbooking my pictures I take monthly. I've gone back to the 5 or so small meals a day as of yesterday....and what do ya know....down one lb already. I do need to stay off the scale. I'm considering going to monthly weigh ins rather then weekly. But someone would have to hide the digital monster away from me!
