Wanted to say ......

I know it is late but I didn't want to go to Cincinnati without telling you all goodbye. We are leaving in the morning but will be back Sunday or Monday. This is a business conference for Jim's work but we are looking forward to some fun also. Looking forward to everyone meeting Jim at the conference in Richmond! He is a special man and alot of fun to be with. He is also very good to me. Just needed to get that out there. Still am smoke free now for 11 days, 15 hours, 22 minutes and 14 seconds!!! Hehe... Hi Susan....Well, I am back and had a wonderful time. It is so nice to be able to finally enjoy life once again! The BS is not going to get to me....I have to make my own decisions whether they are right or wrong and no one can make them for me. Thanks, Jasmine....I am still proud to say that I am smoke free....had a couple of rough moments there this week but chewed on plastic straws....hehe. We had a blast in OH but the trip home was long and hard! Glad to be home. Hugs, Betsy

Hi My Sweet Donna....Yes, my life has changed and for the better. I am enjoying life for the first time in so many years. No one will ever control me again! I am my own person and make my own life now. We had a wonderful time in Ohio....alot of new experiences and met alot of wonderful new people. It was an exciting trip and the ride was beautiful. And I have still been smoke free!!!! It has been 16 days, 18 hours, 24 minutes and 21 seconds....I have saved $42.50 and not smoked 419 cig...and the best part is, I have saved 3 days and 4 hours of my life!
