Hey, Kat!
Well, i did lots of moving last week. I worked out after work, and had my first kickball game. Then this weekend I spent all day at King's Dominion! So fun!
I also got all my fluids in but am soooo bad at vitamins.
As far as food goes, I did pretty well. I did slip up and have a few bites of chicken fried steak...mmmbuddy, it was good! Other than that, I pretty much stuck to proteins or whole weat breads.
I'm down to 191, last time I checked...exactly 90 pounds gone! Yay! Holla!
