Key Care Plus PPO & Plastic Surgery

My husband works from Newport News Shipbuilding and we have Anthem BC/BS Key Care Plus PPO. Here's my question~ In the handbook it says that reconstructive surgery is covered if it was directly a result from another procedure. Does anyone have any experience with this??? Please help if you can!

That is the same insurence I have and had no problem getting the TT approval.
