Could it be?! I stepped on the scale this morning *bought a nice new digital one from Linens N Things last night* and it read that I had lost 8.5 lbs!!! Since THURS? Goodness gracious! Liquids do work. Did anyone else lose like that? Hugs! Shele

Yes. That's why my surgeon requires 2 weeks of 5 shakes a day, prior to surgery. Lois
