Hey, Cathy! Thanks for the kind thoughts! Sorry to have missed you but Friday I realized the air show was on at Andrews. Rich has never been and for me it's been 9 years or so. So, we decided to go. We had a fabulous time. We were there from 8:30 to 4:30 or so. Just being outside and being able to physically walk around, not be completely overheated and uncomfortable, etc - is just a gift. It was a great way to spend my "surgiversary" doing instead of watching the world go by and hoping to ride on it sometime. (Mind you, it would have been fabulous to spend my surgiversary with you and the other ladies at Paneras. I mean that sincerely!) Hugs, Kathy

Kathy -- I just checked my Centrum chewable and "selenium" was NOT listed. It is listed on a bottle of Centrum Silver that I have -- but they are not chewables. What chewable are you taking that DOES include selenium? Thanks, Judy 280-158-140
