Food Idea - Deli Roll-ups

Rich was busy today. He made deli roll-ups. He rolled beef bologna with american cheese and ham with light swiss cheese. (No bread or wraps here... just meat and cheese rolled up.) Then he sliced them into 1 inch or so pinwheels. They are all sitting in a nice storage container in the fridge. Easy to eat, very tasty and PROTEIN rich. These also can be put on top of salad greens to make a chef's salad. And they make a great quick protein filled snack. Kathy

Kathy- I LOVE deli roll ups. Also, take a lettuce leaf (any type except iceburg), add you meat and cheese and roll up. Use the lettuce as your "bread". But, these are great. I use all kinds of meats and cheeses, including smoked salmon and light chive cream cheese. Jill 263/177/145

Oh cheese n crackers my mouth is watering! DIEING TO CHEW SOMETHING ! Hugs! Shele PS I make things like this for my daughter all the time cause she doesn't like bread. Great for kids too!
