Anybody familiar with Anthem insurance

Joy~ I work for Anthem and I was covered for all but my deductible. It all depends on what type of policy you have...Helathkeepers. FEP, COVA, PPO, PHC, etc. Some healthkeepers policies do cover it if you have the rider purchased. All COVA and FEP policies cover it as far as I know if you meet the requirements. Call the number on the card and inquire as to what is covered and GET IT SENT TO YOU IN WRITING!!! Let me know if I can help in any way. ~Tammy
