Dianna- They have a good portion of their menu online at www.panerabread.com I think it also has nutrition information. You may want to check that out. I've not been there for breakfast before otherwise I'd try to suggest something! Good Luck and Happy Mother's Day! Christina S.

www.panerabread.com and they have a menu with calories. I have not been there since I had my operation, did go once before the operation for breakfast. I have gone for lunch and I was able to get soup.

Goodness Dianna--I love Panera bread--however, I have never been there for breakfast. I can't imagine there is anything 'for us' there for breakfast. I seem to recall lots of baked goods. The cinnamon crunch bagel is responsible for my last 50 lbs gain--lol. Happy Mother's Day!

They have either a quiche or souffle for breakfast. The egg is good protein.. but it fills me up very quickly. It's nice to nibble on in the morning while studying. I take a doggy bag home with me half the time (you know when I'm not there for 3 or 4 hours using the wifi and responsibility free zone).

Hi my surgery bud!! Can't sleep and saw your post. Hope life is treating you well. Saw our Dr today and having surgery on June 2 for internal hernias. Scared to death. Anyway about Panera. Love the place. I love their sandwiches, but since you don't eat the bread, they have great soups. I prefer their french onion, but my daughter likes their broccoli soup. Email me when you get a chance. Take care. Dorothy

Dianna I feel like such a goof. I re-read your psoting when I went to look at your pic (you look great by the way), and it said "breakfast". . . sorry. I would go with what the other posting said about the quiche. Dorothy

ditto on the mini souffle', they are very tasty and not too many carbs...very tasty on the eggs. There is some really good decaff coffe or the Republic of Tea choices are awesome, especially the Ginger Peach!. I think that there is a bacon/spinich flacored souffle' and a couple of others, all of which are very tasty. Small, about the size of an english muffin. Have a great mothers day, we'll be going for a bicycle ride around the park and head for our local panera's that morning, you'll love it!!

Hi Dianna, what fun! I remember I used to do things like that with my little daughters. So much fun. I have never had anything to eat at Panera's although I do go to the support meeting there. But the decaf coffee is good!! Maybe you'll hear from Kathy (and Rich) and Kathie Kathie, they go as well and they might be more adventurous than me. But just wanted to drop in and say howdie, and to have a good time. love donna
