This is Liz Granata. She was active on OH 8-10 years ago especially on the Texas Board. She died of a heart attack last night visiting at a friend's house in Marble Falls. RIP darlin'.
I'm on the "line" if you will between North and East Texas. Can go North into Metroplex or East toward Tyler. Only support I've ever done is on-line. Truth be told know enough people around Cedar Creek Lake that have had WLS in one form or another and I guess we could start our own support group!

Having been around OH since 2008 I have seen the demise of not just this board but several of them to oblivion. FB did not help either. OH used to have several conventions a year and for several of those one of the conventions was in Texas, Dallas or Houston. Those were educational and some great socializing.
FWI: I/we are 60 miles or so S/SE of Dallas.
Still here. Giving the train a rest for lack of ridership. Not Amtrak, not government subsidized.
What we going to do till they get their listeria situation resolved? Took my last two whole boxes of SF Bullets back to my local Brookshires yesterday. Picked up a single box of SF Popsicle Tropical frozen treats. Not the same. 
I am likely to see these several times over the weekend starting today after Court.

This was a medical waste incinerator so no exposure to the smoke.

Smoking dope yesterday made for a LONG day! Learned a few things and heard stories from the operator of what all they had smoked at that place. Holy crap! 
Hopefully an uneventful day of fighting crime by fighting grime today.

That is what another officer and I get do today. We get to go smoke some dope! 
A lot of it. About 500 pounds worth of crap, both drug and non drug, is going to the medical incinerator from our property room. Going to be the end of a major project/headache for him that I know he'll be happy to be over. Nice most of the day road trip.

Busy weekend in the books. Need to go to work to rest. Yard done, tile work in bathroom done (not the best tile job but the bare sheetrock is covered) Duck Commander 500 is in the books for another year and Rangers home opener for this season is also history. Even got the man cave looking presentable.
Busy four day work week on tap. Friday is a vacation day. Road trip to the medical incinerator in Carthage to dispose of some ancient drugs and evidence from the property room and Court most of the day if not all day Thursday are the work highlights. Weekend starts Thursday after Court.

Rangers home opener is today and the Duck Commander 500 is at the Texas Motor Speedway so busy sports weekend. You can also order your new Apple Watch starting today.
Busy day/weekend from here. Work interrupted by a trip to the PCP's office today. Tomorrow the little bit of tile work to be done in the master bathroom gets done and weather permitting get the yard knocked out.

Think I may have beat the contraption by ten seconds. After turning it off to avoid the noise I had to remind myself that in order for getting out of bed to work I had to put my feet over the edge of the bed!
Double whammy. Scales creeping, okay lunging, toward the red line again. Think it may be related to my Synthroid being tweaked and taking effect.
Rain and work. Great combo.

No OH time before leaving house this morning. Was fasting for labs so no breakfast or morning coffee or computer time before leaving.
Blood drawn, drop a subpoena on CPS investigator and got latte' from local coffee shop. Not real deal but a fix. Living on protein bar till lunch.

Hope Easter was within tolerances.
Nearly two inches of rain so took advantage of it and went treadmill/elliptical shopping again. Found one I like but the Web reviews were not too positive.
Work on top of the agenda. Chief out of commission next two weeks because of shoulder surgery so means our Sgt. type person is in charge after being off the last several months burning comp time. Great. 
Will have to remind him which end of the gun the bullets come from since he has been off so long.
Go do your thing.
Work both today and tomorrow then the weekend is clear.

WLS surgery is the "easy way" to lose weight.

Too far for me to go this morning to be one of the first ones in line for free donuts but there is a new KK opening in Allen today if anybody is interested. See too McDonalds test marketing "all day" breakfast but only in San Diego, CA.
