I did not! They went in to do it but evidently there is too much scar tissue from my first surgery. They weren't even able to see my hiatal hernia to fix it. And all three surgeons from the office were working on me! Seems they hadn't seen this much before! Oh well.

I need to find a good protein that not gonna be chalky. What kind of coffee protein do you use?

Good morning, have you tried adding water enhancer to your water? I usually do a protein coffee in the morning first thing that starts me off with 30 grams of protein.

Is anyone besides me struggling to get their water and protein in , in a day? I used to be dehydrated all the time right after surgery trying to get food and water down.
