Monday WLS Express
Busy weekend is over. Need to go back to work to so I can rest! Yard work had to be split over two days, Friday and yesterday, due to volume to be done and time constraints on Friday. Had one goal on Saturday at work and that was accomplished. While I have empathy for the four recipients of the last four citations I had in the ticket book that particular book is done.
Digits on scales above the red line this morning. Blaming it on muscle mass build up from tossing logs and tree limbs on and off the trailer at the brush pile Friday.
Work and walk today.

I am tired and sleepy this morning, DH woke me up around 4 moaning cause his ribs hurt, he took pain pill and he finally went back to sleep however I did not.
Work and keeping my head off the desk my agenda today.
Scale barely within range this morning.
