Wed WLX - All Aboard!

Nice thing about "short" weeks is you get to Wednesdays and Fridays sooner!   Yesterday managed to get four miles on treadmill when I got home.  Could tell it had been a while since I had walked at that sort of pace.   Enjoy the weather while it last.

Good morning,

I need to be walking digits on scale in my top range, I am sure the drive thru I hit for breakfast and dinner yesterdayGood morning,

Working a couple hours at home then will head into office so have make myself presentable today. 

Dad should be getting out of hospital today. He will be sent home with bipac machine and will have to go see lung specialist in Dallas for more test.  One of my sisters will be heading down there today.
