Tuesday WLX - All Aboard!
Lest I forget and with all the hoopla in town I'm not able to - this Saturday is the 9th Annual Cotton Harvest Festival in the Birthplace of Big Tex. Small town living at its finest! If you don't have anything on the agenda for Saturday - COME SEE! Activities all day long and a street dance that starts at 8:00 and goes till Midnight.
Managed to get some sleep last night after not sleeping night before because of coughing my head off. Two, okay six before night was over, Tessalon gel caps could contain the hacking.
Another wet day so going to try and stay inside and work on letter writing. That was plan for yesterday but due to fatigue and the Post Office being closed figured why bother. Need to treadmill when I get home too even though the scales were user friendly this morning.
Go do your thing!
Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!
Good morning. Off to another day at work , then to my sisters for dinner for her birthday. I didn't get home until after 8 last night, so will have another long day. I'll get to see the new great niece, Allie and her big brother, Aiden. Hope everyone has a good day!

Enjoyed the 3 day weekend. Had a good visit with dad yesterday.
Work at the top of my agenda today. Tonight Sisters and I might go to a OAC webinar presentation. They are streamlining it live from Methodist Dallas. It all depends on us getting off work in time. No biggie if we don't go.
All that eating out showed up on the scale this morning, up a couple of pounds but still in midrange of goal. Would like to be on the lower end before cruise in a couple of weeks.
Have a great day!

Good morning, TMB Family! I love things like Cotton festivals, Peach festivals, etc...way better than the "big city" stuff...
The owners of the daycare, my longtime friends, called me, yesterday, and made a personal plea, for me to go back, to the center I was in, as the lead teacher, of the nursery. Reportedly they lost more business in the time I have been gone, and things just aren't going well. The infant rooms are just way different than other classes, and it takes a Royal ***** to run them (which is where your Princess comes in). They offered me my original hire date, and some other stuff, so I'm going back. Not sure if it will be during this week, or wait until Monday. I miss the structure of working, and I sure have been "grazing" WAY too much, so all in all, I think it is probably a good move.
SAUNDRA-How was your dad, when your saw him yesterday?
KARLA-How was Ben's football game? How are you adjusting with your KID being the COACH?
DON-Any more news on Jan's job place situation?
Hope everyone has a TERRIFIC Tuesday!

Gina...glad you are going back to work. Ben's football games are enjoyable and thank heavens the 7th graders are mostly winning. I feared sitting in the stands and hearing parents blame it on the coaches.
So far that hasn't happened, thank heavens. There are so many boys that there are 3 teams, which means 3 games. They only have 1 more home game left and 2 away. I don't go to the away games.

Good rainy afternoon. Hope everyone is ready for the cool down. I'm not. I still get really cold. My body temp has never recovered from my WLS. Still not much happening at work. Another slow day. DH has to work this evening, so will rush home and put something together for him to eat. Then settle back and watch the "Voice". Try to stay dry & warm!
