Yesterday was a long day, was informed of an issue around 5 last night and ended up working till 9.

DH cleaned living room so it was presentable by our standards when MK lady delivered my order.

Work is all I have on my agenda and it is packed full of meetings.

It IS still morning ( barely ).  LOL  I had a eye appointment this AM.   I've got some issues going on and not quite sure I understand what my doc said about it but he has to watch it closely.   I have to go back in 4 weeks ( I normally have to go in every 3 months anyway ).   On my right eye I see a dark floater with a circle attached.    He said something to the effect that my retns is pulling away from my eye.    My vision is not so great these days so if I misspell things please forgive me.    My cataracts are maturing and my vision is blurry lots of the time.    I just pray nothing serious is going on with the retna and the right eye.    Have a great day everyone.

You know when doctors tell me stuff it seems to makes sense but as soon as I leave or try to explain it to someone I can't. So I try to remember key words and google it.

Vivian, please make sure you have a good eye Dr.  My husband has lost his vision in left eye because of a detached retna.  He had 4, maybe 5 surgeries but Dr was unable to save his eye.  If you see a flash of light (sorta like a light bolt) you need to get the Dr. ASAP.

Thank you Brenda.   My doctor is a excellent one.   He did say what I have is NOT detached retna.   He did tell me if anything at all changed to call his office ASAP.   Trust me....I value my eye sight and I feel that maybe my stress issues may have something to do with it although not 100 % sure of that.   I was thinking it was my cataracts....which some maybe that.   He did tell me the first of the year that it would probably be years when they would come off...he's not saying that now at all.   SO I'm just praying and trusting God that this is nothing at all.   This is happening to my "best" eye too.   UGH Oh well....I am trying to stay calm but somewhat difficult to do.    Thank you for your concern.   My doctor is overly caustious already.

Well, I'm back to work.  Vacation was great last week.  Spend the whole week at my brother's lake house in the Arbuckle Mts.  Was so peaceful.  I was close enough to Dad that I was able to drive over and visit him every day.  I also got him signed up with Hospice.  (Thank you Gina for all the information ).  Work was crazy yesterday, trying to get back into the swing of everything, plus fixing the mistakes that were done while I was gone.  Hopefully, today will be a little calmer.  So ready for some cooler weather!  hope everyone has a great day.
