Weekend WLS Express

Happy SUNDAY morning, peeps! I slept too late, and missed early church..my bad...

Can't go to later service cuz I have to go to Springtown, with my 2 of my blood sisters for nephew's baby mama's baby shower...yea-feel obligated...He was MY "first baby", and I've always been a better AUNT, than I'll ever be a MOM...Plus I promised his mom I'd make this exciting hour long-nothing to see-or however far it is-with her...and the baby mama is about batsh*t cray cray..but..well...you know...I'm just GiGi...I ain't gotta LIVE there!! They are naming the baby "Breannaha Josette"..TODAY, anyway...cuz it is a "family name"..not MY family...I told Rusty "Mildred Alvaretta" and Agnes Maxine are family names too, but I don't see you using THEM"...Josette...yuck...

Ok..enough complaining...my kids probably have stupid names too..Both are named after boys I cared for/loved during my time at Fort Worth State School. When Chris was about 6, he said "You mean we were named after dead retarded kids?". It was then I took him to meet the original Chris's mom, and he saw pics, movies, etc and realized what an HONOR it was to be a namesake. Our Chrises even have the same blond hair/blue eyes/etc. I have stayed in touch with the mom, and she has loved seeing my boys grow up (she knew Corbin's guy too-his name was Cory)..
