Finally Friday WLX - All Aboard!!
Yes it is!! In for our tenth day of 100 degree heat. Not good.
It's "tax free" weekend. I'll stay home and sacrifice my space in the retail outlets for somebody else to go. Did manage to catch some treadmill time yesterday when I got in. Exercise this weekend is to mow the fenced in part of the yard.
Go Forth, have a happy, happy, happy and safe weekend and HYDRATE! HYDRATE! HYDRATE!
Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!
I got in some pool time last night and surprised the water was not warmer, it had a little chill to it but still felt good.
Work and dinner out with DH is the plan for the day.
Busy day tomorrow, support meeting in the morning and going to go see the movie All of Me at Methodist in Dallas tomorrow night which DH is actually going with me.
Still looking for slightly lower digits on the scale but happy I got out of my high range.
Have a great Friday!

I hear you, on the hydration thing, KARLA. Hard as I TRY, seems I can't get enough though. Richard needed some help with our fence yesterday, and I was the only "help" available (and I use the term "help" loosely)...I drank to the point of nausea... and still got flushed/couldn't sweat, etc, and was out there less than an hour..and I normally love being outside..and, of course..my mother said "You should have drank some water"
duh...YA THINK ??? She meant well...it took me 3 times as long to recover, as it took for the fence panel to get replaced

Yes, it's Friday! I'm so ready for the weekend. Haven't been on the board this week. Ended up making a fast trip up to OKLA Wednesday. Dad wasn't feeling too good on Tuesday and the Nursing Home called me at 11pm that night. But thankfully, he was doing good when I got there. Don't really have anything planned this weekend other than getting my nails done. Might try to fight the crowds tomorrow. I need to buy a pair of walking shoes. Now that my little 4 legged fur baby has decide she likes to go walking every morning. Hope everyone has a great weekend.
