Try Googling "hot" or "hump day" and try to find a "G" rated image!  A man can get really distracted! kiss I'm married - not buried.

Interesting morning so far.  Dog is having a bad pouch day.  Wanting to eat grass and has a severe case of flatulence.  Small dog.  Big stink.  Other thing Jan forgot the pick up was sitting on the driveway this morning and began turning too soon backing out of the garage.  Little paint exchange on her Honda, the one she recently had fixed from where it got backed into last year, but nice dent in driver's door of the truck.  It's a 20 year old truck.  Cost more to fix than what it is worth.  Hugged her and told her I still loved her and it'll be okay.

Council meeting went quite well last night.  Our guy got his reward for catching the the burglar inside one of the church buildings.  Okayed financial deal to get the two new Tahoes that were budgeted for but not purchased yet for this current fiscal year and approved the budget for next fiscal year that starts Oct. 1.  That budget has my new Silvarado!!  Heard the rumors that it was coming but till they approve the money and I feel the key in my hand it ain't happened!

Going to be polishing a chair today at work.  Have an eight hour in-service training today.  A day in the AC.  I can handle it!

Don't forget your water bottle!

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

Good morning,

Don, maybe some rubbing compound will get truck paint off her car.

Going into office again and have to be there at 8am but will not have to go in Saturday evening.

Went to bed early and kept waking up every couple of hours, think I am going to be sleepy all day.

Handyman started on pocket door, think I am going to like having more useable space.

Scale moving in the right direction.

Have a great day!

Hey all.  It's been awhile since I have been around here.  I thought I would check back in and see what the OH world was up too.  I have recently ran into friends who have had weight loss surgery and mentioned being on OH so I thought I would come back and see how it is all going.  Life has been good for me and too me.  I had some regain but recently got back on track and am doing really good.  I am currently training for a half Marathon in Feb.  This Texas heat makes that very difficult but if I can run in 100 degree weather I imagine I will be doing very well once it starts cooling down.  Hope all is well for everyone.  For those that know me, Hello again, and for those that don't, Nice to meet ya.  Just a few stats, I had RNY 5 years ago and lost down to 147 pounds.  I regained 30 and am back down to 158.  I am strength training this time around and have a lot of muscle definition I didn't before so I think this is where I would like to maintain.  I am not quite sure how to do that yet so any suggestions would be great.  I am on a healthy, no processed food diet which keeps calories low and since I can't eat a lot of food its hard to get all my calories in for the day.  On top of that I am burning any where between 700 to 1200 calories a day.  I guess I could slow down a little but I don't want to do that.  I need to find a way to get more calories in (eating unhealthy food is not an option).  I recently added in a couple of protein shakes but its still not quite enough to meet my daily goal much less meet daily goal plus what I am burning in exercise.  So if anyone has suggestions I am open to exploring them.  Happy HUMP DAY!

I'm not perfect but I'm me and that is good enough!

Welcome Back Jenn,

You might PM Dan Benintendi  and ask him for some suggestions on "healthy" things to eat to up your calories.   I'm unsure if he still posts here on OH ( he could on one of the exercise or fitness forums ) but I know you could get him on FB and I know he would probably love to give you some useful suggestions.    Congrats on your WL...and getting back on track.   I personally am doing the same at getting back on track NOT with working out for a half marathon though.   LOL  Please don't be a stranger...we've missed you and many others.    Have a great day !!

Hugs and blessings ~~~ Vivian

Morning TMB Family,

Not sure what kind of day I'll have today but I was thrilled when I got on the scale today.   I've really tried very hard to get back on track and today when I stepped on the scale I was down 4 1/2 lbs. from sunday AM.    After my 1 cup of coffee yesterday I filled a picture with 2 qts. of water with lime juice and decided that I couldn't have any of my usual green tea till I drank ALL 64 oz. of tha****er.    I had it all down by 1:30.   Needless to say....bet you know where I kept running to yesterday.   LOL   I made good food choices and I walked too.    The scale moving downward was the motivation that I needed today to keep going.    Sorry about Jan's accident today.   Hope that doesn't make her have a bad day and congrats on the new work vehicle.    Have a great day everyone.

Hugs and blessings ~~~ Vivian
