aquada equana syndrome with gastric bypass

Has anyone had the gastric bypass while having the aquada equena syndrome? My insurance won't allow the sleeve which is what i wanted in the first place. I want the surgery but scared to have the whole messing with my guts while having this syndrome is scary to me.

I looked up your syndrome. I wouldn't think a gastric bypass would affect that. I would think it would help by losing weight and taking pressure off your spine and back. I'm not a dr. I'd take te recommendations of the surgeon and the dr. Treating the syndrome.
