Hump Day WLX - All Aboard!!

Another hot day on the docket.  I think the heat is aggravating the "dumb ass" in people.  Had a local in yesterday to report somebody stealing her $40 window AC.  Yet another report to do.  Least I'll be inside under the AC!

Hopefully can catch some treadmill time when I get in this afternoon.  It is under the AC too!

I actually got in the pool yesterday during my lunch break, the water still has a slight chill to it but it don't take long to get use to it. I need to make this my daily exercise.

Work is at the top of my agenda and should be a busy day. I have to go into the office tomorrow and not looking forward to it.

Snack monster been winning the battle and scales showed it this morning as I am back up to the middle of my goal range.

One of the perks of working from home!

A whole lot of nothing is going on in my world today.  Work--but looks like it's going to be another slow buisness day.  Was tired and my RA was bothering me last night.  So, took some med's and was in bed by 8:30.  this morning, I felt be much better!  Hope everyone has a great day.
