I wi**** was Friday!  Got hammered yesterday at work and have paperwork related to it all still to do.  No court today.  Had a subpoena for it but it got squashed.  Suits me. 

Go Forth and keep the water bottle handy!!  Hydrate!  Hydrate!  Hydrate!

Good morning. Work today for me. Have to finishing shuffling patients for Thursday because the dentist can't make it. Looks like we will start early on Wednesday and work late to get in as many as we can.

I put a table together yesterday afternoon. Not it done and had the unfinished edge on the front. I was not happy. Guess I will be re-doing it this morning, too!

Four years ago today I had a revision from VGB to RNY, I had a rough start and was on a feeding tube for 4 months but it was one of the best decision I ever made. I hit my personal goal in about 18 months and I have maintained between 110-115 since. My goal is for the scales to always start with the digits of 11. I still weight everyday so I know where I am at within my goal range.

Work is at the top of my agenda. I am hoping I find a break on my calendar to take a long lunch so I can go to grocery store.

Going to be a hot day in the DFW area.

SAUNDRA--Happy Belated Surgiversary!!! You have really rawked  your success, despite the "rough" beginning. I SOOOO applaud the way you keep such a close eye on your "numbers", and stay within your "ranges", despite all the cruises you enjoy, and the stress, etc, you had when your daddy was so sick...

You are a true inspiration !!

Slow day at work for me.  Went home last night cooked dinner. DH cleaned up.  Victoria ( my niece)  just finished pre-op class at Dr. Stewart's this morning.  pre register at hospital at 2 and surgery tomorrow at Noon.  Everyone please say a little pray for her a smooth surgery & recovery.  I'm taking the day off so I can be there with my sister.  Going to be a warm/HOT day today.  Maybe soon pool time after work .

Finally starting SERIOUS job search after living on severance pay for many weeks.  Sure going to miss my daily morning bike ride when I have a real job!
