Happy Saturday, Family !

I thought I should start the weekend train with a happy pic!! Those of you on my FB have already seen this (Ashlynn always tags me in), but humor GiGi anyway..lol...yea, Ash and Chris reconciled..and GiGi/Pop and Madi..along with us and Ash's parents never "broke up" anyway..so..here we go again...In this pic "Tat boy" (yes, Mama is SO proud...NOT...at least they are tasteful and spelled correctly) was asleep and Madi crawled up, and fell asleep bedside him...too sweet...she is not typically a cuddly/sweetsy girl...more of a take you down/mud rasslin' type chick...

Madi will spend her FIST EVER over night away from her mama on Monday-with ME...Her mom and Chris are going to a high school graduation that will be crowded and last late..Ashlynn ASKED for Madi to stay over-huge step for Ash-I feel honored..I already got US pjs..you KNOW I did..lol...

Good week food/weight wise...Exercise still a foreign word, except DID find I could tolerate some "noodle stuff" in Mom's pool, so did that last weekend..but..Tuesday I lifted a short peep, who was visiting my class, and he got spooked, and he and I twisted/etc...and...POP goes the chest wall/rib..crap crap crap...or crack crack crack, I guess...I'm doing bedrest and ice, as often as I can..drving is only to work and back, and not able to do whole days or bring Madi home, unless someone here to help...Hate this..Wasn't able to go to Conroe, as planned..REALLY REALLY REALLY hated THAT !!!!!

DON: Can't wait to see wedding pics, of all I missed, so I can something ELSE to whine about!!!

KARLA: I didn't see you post, on the train, after the Fleetwood Mac concert--did they recruit you, for the tour, or something ??? I used to want to dress like Stevie Nicks...those flowing dresses were a fat girl's dreams...

VIVIAN: What is taking those guys so long to paint that house? If I wasn't old and broken up, I'd come paint it myself. I love to paint-such a feeling of satisfaction, seeing the changes taking place

SAUNDRA: How's your daddy? Did your keys ever show up? I thought might-AFTER you had new ones made...lol

BRENDA: Again-so sorry about your Gracie..and how is YOUR daddy?

LAURA: So glad you are on my FB..I can at least "see" you everyday!

My plans for today are to continue this rest/ice protocal/crap. I am hoping to see TRACEY and Blake, at some point. Can you believe I have not seen them in TWO weeks?!?!?!?!?!? I am always planning to hook up with LORALEA tomorrow. I am sure missing my besties!!

I am also missing my TMB family, but please KNOW y'all are part of my DAILY life-EVERY day

 

Gina....update on the house.   Oldest son got mad at me and decided he would NOT finish.   Middle son started a new job and hasn't had a chance to come fini**** up.   It's pretty much finished except touch up's and my new shutters being painted and put up.   For a little I would get my butt out there and paint but i am getting SO uncoordinated that I would probably fall off a ladder.  I have a black eye today because I fell at church yesterday carrying a 43 cup pot of extremely hot coffee....which I ended up being baptized in.  LOL  Thank GOD I was really burned bad except for a few fingers on my right hand but I don't think they will blister up ( or at least they haven't yet ).   UGH I'm such a clutz !!!

Morning Gina!

I will put some pics up later but as to the nuptials themselves it is a done deal!!  Jan looked beautiful and I cleaned up pretty well myself.  Breakfast buffet went over really good and dance lessons paid off.  Preacher did outstanding job and call me an old softie but I got misty eyed at Jan's son and daughter walking her down the aisle.  To me that was just too cool.

Gina, glad Chris and Ash are back together I know that makes your heart happy. I still have not found keys but have not had news ones made so that might be the problem. My dad is going great, thanks for asking.

Don, can't wait to see pictures.

I have no set plans this weekend, need to go visit aunt in hospital so might do that today or tomorrow.

Handyman should be here to finish gate, DH is having him plant St. Augustine grass in dog area as well.

Scale pissed me off this morning, hit the middle of my goal range. Need to be mindful of what I stick in my mouth if I plan to stay within my goal range, which I do.

Good evening. I have been so busy I haven't had any posting time until today. Fleetwood Mac did try to recruit me, but I turned them down. Concert was great. Stevie wore spiky high heeled boots and a short black dress and leggings and just changed scarves and shawls a lot. We noticed her limping off the stage in between songs. Mguess that is what happens when a 65 yr old wears boot s made for a 35 year old.

Glad Chris reconciled. I know you are happy.

Worked Thursday on little sleep, headed to Wimberly before the crack of dawn Friday and came back last night and went out and met friends. Already made and decorated 4 dz cupcakes today, went to graduation, took a short nap and helped decorate for the grad party for a friend. Ben and I are headed to it in an hour.
