Monday WLS Express - All Aboard!!

Pants, shirt, vest, duty belt etc!  Get spoiled to shorts and overalls on the weekend.

Jan's sister, niece and nephew got here from Colorado last night.  Stopping here for a few days then going south. 

Needless to say short work week for me this week.  Courtesy of the local DA I've got paperwork to do on the case from hell.  Copy and paste.  Just got to get it done and warrants come back out on main suspect.  Promised my victim her ass would be in jail before I took off to get hitched.

Go Forth and watch out for the kiddos on the streets now that school is out again.  Little boogers are hell on a car's front end!

Good morning,Don. Happy wedding week to you! I have to work today, but need to go get 2nd Hep B vaccine first. I have a super busy week. I work Monday- Thursday. Wednesday I will leave work early to go to Houston to a Fleetwood Mac concert. Late night. Friday we are making a one day run to Wimberly to seemy dad and are coming back and going out to dinner out on the lake. Saturday's HS graduation for a friends son and his party that evening. I am providing decorated cupcakes that require some work on making tiny fondant grad caps,so have to get all the cooking/ work done too. I'll be ready for a restful Sunday.

Good Morning

Did some cleaning behind and under sofas this weekend since I can't find my keys. I have searched everywhere. I last had them last Sunday when I went to church. I didn't go anywhere during the week that I drove so I have about decided they must have ended up in the trash.
Guess Charlie will be making trip to hardware store to make me keys.

Work and trip to grocery store is all that is on my agenda.

I'm glad it's monday my weekend wasn't all that wonderful.   I worked in my yard all day last monday and I am eaten alive by chigger bites.   I've put clear nail polish on them twice but they are still killing me.    My hubby said I need to go get some insect poison to put on the yard and in my flower beds.   UGH I just want them to go away.  Not alot going on today so far.   I haven't even finished my first cup of coffee but I've done a load of laundry so far.    Guess that's what I'm going to be doing today is catching up on things I didn't do this weekend.    Good luck on your paperwork Don and upcoming wedding.     You haven't mentioned aa honeymoon.    Hope you go somewhere nice if you go on one.   Have a great week everyone.

Alaskan cruise in September.

Awe...that's nice.  I love cruises.   Too bad my hubby doesn't care for them.  He thinks they are boring.  LOL

Wasn't a good weekend for me at all.  Had to have my Gracie girl put to sleep.  She was 13 yrs old.  We drove her up to OKLA and buried her at Dad & Mom's old house.  Having a rough time coping.  Loved that fur baby!  Work today is slow.  Hoping it will pick up and make the afternoon pass by a little faster.

Sorry for your loss Brenda.  Dread the day when my Bridgette has to cross the bridge.

Sorry Brenda.   I find the easiest way to get over losing one pet is to get another but that is me.   Lots don't want to get another one.   We won't do that anymore till all ours have passed away.   I have way too many pets now.
