Monday WLS Express - All Aboard!!

Hope everyone had a good Mother's Day.  Jan heard from both of her kids so she was good in that regard.  Mixed results in Lake Charles.  What I was making playing blackjack the slots were taking from her but still enjoyed the jaunt.  Lots of driving though.

Needless to say work tops today's agenda.  Have to jump through a few hoops so the DPS lab in Waco will do some DNA testing for us on some things related to the "case from hell".

Good morning Don. Working today most of the day. Have to come home and make cupcakes for my MIL's 80th birthday. We are having dinner tomorrow to celebrate it. Her birthdays Wednesday, but she usually likes to hit a casino in LA on her birthday. We had a busy weekend, but I did get a nap in yesterday.

Good Morning,

I am awake but not up yet.

I had good weekend. Went to support group Saturday morning and afterwards started girls night. We stayed at Embassy Suites in Grapevine and went to private party we had booked at painting with a twist. I think my painting came out OK considering I am in no way an artist. Of course since we stayed by the mall we did a little shopping Sunday after we checked out so I came home with my masterpiece AND a new Michael Kors purse.

Done a lot of eating and snacking this weekend and half afraid to step on the scales this morning.

Handyman should be here to work on fence and deck while DH works on cleaning back yard and garage.

Today work is main thing on my agenda.

Good Morning TMB Family,

I had a great Mother's Day yesterday.   All my kids came over for lunch ( I cooked of course ).  LOL  My Tigerlily is the life of the party.  LOL   MY DIL has taught her to sign some words.   I had no idea that Tigerlily knew how to do that...she signed to word "more" and I have her on video doing that.    It was a really good mother's day to say the least.   Not much going on so far today at least in my world.    LOL Have a great day everyone,

Hi everyone,  I've been checking in and reading about everyone's days.  Just haven't had the time to post.  Work has been busy last week and starting off to a good day, today.  My weekend was nice and relaxing.  S   Met a friend for a pedicure and lunch on Satureday.  Then DH and I went out to Grapevine Mall for a little while.  Sunday was Church and DH grilled out for lunch.  He is out of town on business this week, so it's just me and the fur babies at home.  Niece will be popping in and out some.  (she has a boyfriend in Plano).  Dr. appts tomorrow morning.  RA doctor at 9:15 and Dr. Stewart at 11. (my 3 1/2 yr check on Labs).  Hope everyone has a great day!!!
