Wow!! Good one for me today, Viv!! I did just that last night by addressing the person I needed to address. I am TERRIBLE about wanting to please everyone all the time and that's just NOT the way life works, huh?

Oh, well, I feel much better today and am ready to make this a good and productive day. I choose to face the day with courage and compassion.

Susie....I have the SAME problem about pleasing everyone and not wanting anyone to be upset with me. Sometimes we just have to let things go...I am BAD about doing that.
