Good Morning

I am awake but not up, no 8am meeting this morning so will be crawling out of bed later than normal.

Struggling with exercising and snacking. Can't seem to get motivated to exercise and seem to snack non stop after dinner. On a good note the scale is still displaying digits in my low range.

Work which is keeping me busy is all I have on my agenda today.

Morning Don, Saundra and TMB Family,

I am still not adjusted to the time change.   UGH   I guess old age is catching up to me.   LOL   I have to take one of my dogs to the vet this afternoon.   Obviously when he got out a week ago and was taken the city animal control he contracted kennel cough.   Now he has it and one of my other dogs has it too.   I am pretty upset about this.  NONE of my dogs have ever had kennel cough before.   UGH  So I'm praying my vet will give me enough meds to treat them all.    Not much going on other than that.   Just got one of my son's well and the other one wasn't feeling well last night but he still got up and went to work today.    Hope he doesn't come home feeling worse.    Can't believe it is already spring time.   The weather is definately beautiful lately.    Don glad your going to get some fresh Starbucks coffee today.    Everyone have a great day and go out and enjoy the weather.

good afternoon everyone!  Well, phone was ringing as soon as I walked into the office this morning.  So, glad!!!  I really needed the business.  Phone has stopped for now, but hoping it picks up again later.  So Anyways.  got to stop by Walmart on the way home tonight.  Then cook dinner.  Other than that will be nice laid back evening.
