Good Thursday Morning Everyone,

Hope you've had a great week and you are looking forward to the beautiful weekend ( at least the weather is going to be beautiful here in Texas ). Today I am grateful for my family. I am grateful for the support and encouragement that I get from them when it is needed. Grateful for Obesity Help and all the amazing forums and all the people on the boards always there to lend a helping hand to others in need. Grateful for life itself and grateful for God for all the blessings that he has allowed us to experience in our lifetime. PLEASE share if you will what you are grateful for today.

I'm grateful for this beautiful spring weather. I love the sunshine, smell of the flowers and tree blossoms in the air. The sound of the birds! Spring is my favorite time of the year... Life is good.
