Hello fellow Texans!

I have not been on OH in a long time and I kind of feel like I am falling off of the bandwagon. I haven't gained weight but I also haven't been trying too hard to maintain. I work at an elementary school and middle school in Austin. I'm nearly 4 years out post op and there are soooo many temptations that are in the lounge daily. And I tend to do it. Any tips? Any support groups near by?

Hi Meredith.    Welcome back to OH.    You are ini luck.   There is a OH Support Group called Round Rock Rox.    It meets I believe once a month or maybe every other week in the Round Rock/ Austin area.    I will PM you Jennifer's phone number...she is one of the support group leaders and she will give you details.   I believe they met last saturday at Central Market in Austin.   Good luck and welcome back to OH.
