PCIP ???
You might want to explain what pcip is, I know I don't know. Whatever insurance you have should have information with how much deductible and out of pocket you have to meet per year. Most companies have access to this info online or should have given you a benefits booklet.
Maybe someone else will know more. Some pay for revisions and some don't. If ey pay, it would be if there was a medical reason for the revision because something was mechanically wrong with your current RNY. There's a revision board on OH too that might give you some info from others experiences. Good luck!

I have PCIP and am just starting my required 6 month dr supervised visits. From my understanding you have to pay for visits and everything 100% until your deductable which is either 1000, or 2000 is met (depending on what plan you are on). After you meet your dedcutable they cover either 70 or 80 % of everything I forget which one. I am new to this insurance myself but this is what I have gathered from reading their coverage and speaking with the financial person at my doctors office. They also have a 1-800 number you can call to find out more information. I had to go with this insurance due to my pre existing no other insurance company would take me. Hope this helps.
